Mother of MJ's accuser: "I AM A FRAUD"

The mother of Michael Jackson's 2004 accuser has struck a plea bargain in her welfare fraud case.

TMZ was in court as Janet Arvizo (whose married name is now ironically Janet Jackson) copped a plea through her lawyer. Arvizo had been charged with felony welfare fraud.
During cross-examination in the molestation trial, Arvizo admitted she had failed to disclose income that would have disqualified her from receiving welfare benefits.

In addition to pleading to a reduced charge of misdemeanor welfare fraud, Arvizo was fined over $6,000, performed 166.5 hours of community service and was sentenced to 30 days of informal probation.

Her lawyer is planning on filing a motion to have the charge wiped clean from her record.

I agree with you, she can go and burn in hell but her kids are innocent. The kids were forced to lie! I am sure MJ believes the same thing. MJ would never blame it on the kids but on their parents!

Oh I'm done with the book. The end is the most interesting part, Mac Culkin, Jordie Chandler's mother, Chris Tucker and Jay Leno come to court to testify. I loved Mac! He kept defending Michael.
Did you know that before this family messed with Michael, they messed with George Lopez? And also before Michael, this mother accused the JC Penny security of raping her and she made her kids lie about it as if they witnessed the "raping" in a parking lot. She sued JC Penny (of course)..
Oh haha I have to tell you this, I thought it was hilarious. The mother (Janet Arvizo) said she saw Michael licking, yes I said licking, Gavin's hair on the air-plane.. Something off topic: yesterday someone was driving a car and he/she was listening to "Who Is It" and I was really HAPPY! I rarely see ppl listen to mj songs while driving where I live! So I just wanted you to know that!

Once I was walking down the street and there was a guy driving a car and he was listening to Billie Jean! I turned my head to see who it was and when he saw me he smiled! He may have realised that I love MJ! I was so HAPPY!! It's a beautiful feeling!
